Character Classes and their level caps.
Level Cap 9 classes are what you start with, more powerful classes are unlocked through game play.
For all classes, you gain a new Feature at levels 3, 6, 9, 12, etc.
New Features exist all the way up to level 45, every 3 levels beyond that, you can still pick a new Feature, it will just be something you were passed on earlier.
